Welcome to Laven. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Laven mobile application and related services. By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please discontinue use of the application immediately.
Laven is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older. By using the application, you represent and warrant that:
• You are at least 18 years old;
• You have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement;
• You will use the application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to use Laven.
Laven is a coffee diary and lifestyle journaling application that allows users to:
• Upload photos and record coffee-related information;
• Create, save, and manage personal coffee diary entries;
• View diary activity through a monthly calendar interface;
• Access previously recorded diary content by selecting calendar dates;
• Review visual statistics and charts related to posting activity, coffee categories, and other usage insights.
The app is intended for personal and non-commercial use only.
You retain ownership of all photos, text, diary entries, and related materials uploaded or created within Laven (“User Content”).
By using the app, you confirm that:
• You own the content you upload or have the legal right to use it;
• Your content does not violate any copyright, privacy, trademark, or other legal rights;
• Your content does not contain unlawful, harmful, abusive, or offensive material.
You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, and store within the app.
You agree not to use Laven to:
• Upload illegal, infringing, defamatory, or inappropriate content;
• Interfere with the operation, security, or stability of the application;
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or stored data;
• Reverse engineer, duplicate, modify, or exploit any part of the app without authorization;
• Use the application for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access to the app.
5. Diary Records and Statistical Features
Laven may store your diary records, uploaded photos, calendar activity, and statistical information in order to provide core functionality and personalized visual insights.
The charts, summaries, and activity statistics generated by the app are intended for informational and personal tracking purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee that all statistical calculations or historical records will always be complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Users are encouraged to maintain backups of important diary content.
All application software, interface designs, logos, graphics, visual layouts, and related materials are owned by Laven or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the application without prior authorization.
Your use of Laven is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how user information and uploaded content may be collected, stored, and protected.
By using the app, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that:
• The app will always function without interruption or technical issues;
• Stored diary records or uploaded content will never be lost;
• Statistical charts or tracking information will always be completely accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all express and implied warranties are disclaimed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laven and its operators shall not be liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
• Loss of data, diary entries, or uploaded images;
• Damages arising from unauthorized access or misuse of the app;
• Errors related to statistical analysis or generated summaries.
Your use of the application is entirely at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Laven at any time if users violate this Agreement or engage in activities harmful to the app or other users.
You may discontinue use of the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We may revise or update this Agreement periodically. Updated versions become effective once published within the app or associated services.
Continued use of Laven after modifications indicates acceptance of the revised Agreement.
